Hello ServiceNow community moderators,
I am trying to make my ServiceNow resume public. But for some reaosn, it is still showing only one credential when I try accessing from an incognito window, also it is not letting me select my credentials on my Resume edit page.
I have one suggestion along with it as well - that we should implement AI on the field Select Location as well - which would filter the Location values based on the Subject, simple yet very very useful implementation. Sorry to say, but it is a pain selecting the correct location while trying to post something on the community, especially while trying to post something urgently.
I have done all required changes on the ServiceNow resume edit page. Even logged out and logged in as well, still changes do not reflect.
Please help. @Mark Obee, @Dan Bruhn @David Giammona1 - Sorry to tag you, but I need this fixed.
Regards,
Anish

Hi @Anish Reghu
To resolve the issue where your credentials aren't displaying on your public ServiceNow Resume, follow these specific configuration steps:
Step-1: Open your Servicenow resume from the servicenow university ‘My University account’ tab.
Step-2: Click ‘Edit Resume’
Step-3: On the edit resume, Click ‘Credentials’ on the left side panel.
Select your credentials you want to show in your resume by clicking the show (shown as circles in the below image) For me it is showing the same block symbol but in bold if it is enabled. Also, you can highlight 5 credentials on your resume. Click ‘Save Changes’.
Step-4: Verify Privacy Settings & Save
Once individual credentials are made visible:
- Return to Privacy Settings.
- Ensure the main toggle Make Resume Public is ON (Dark Blue).
- Ensure the Credentials section toggle is ON (Dark Blue).
- Click Save Changes in the top-right corner of the Privacy Settings page.
Clear Cache / Dynamic Update Delay
If your credentials are synced from Now Learning, profile updates can take up to 24–48 hours to replicate fully across public CDN caches. Try clearing your browser cache or re-checking the incognito URL after some time.
