We are seeking an On-Call or 1099 Contractor for a ServiceNow Solution Architect role. If you can step into various niche roles and support ICF’s digital practice needs, we want you!

ICF’s Digital Modernization Division leads in providing Digital Transformation services for Federal agencies and other public sector entities. We enable agency mission and business transformation using industry-leading low-code platforms, mobile applications, robotics process automation, and data analytics platforms. We partner with innovative companies like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and UiPath to offer comprehensive architecture planning, system implementation, integration, analytics, and O&M services.

🔄 Role Flexibility: The needs of this role will change based on growth in our digital practice. You will help define total solutions (people, process & tools) that meet customer needs while aligning with our capabilities. Work closely with our VP of Digital Practice.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze solicitation requirements & develop solution architecture addressing technical aspects.
• Coordinate with the capture manager & proposal manager ensuring consistency with the win strategy.
• Lead development of solution artifacts: road maps, white paper & more.
• Review the proposal to ensure clarity & compliance.
• Present solutions to internal/external reviewers including senior management/customers.
• Stay updated on trends/technologies/best practices in the federal market/solution domain.
• Support growth-related activities: RFI/RFP/prototypes/oral presentations.

Qualifications:

✅ 10+ years’ experience implementing/architecting ServiceNow

✅ ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect

✅ US Citizenship required (federal government position)

✅ Must reside/work in the U.S.; no foreign locations/IPs/personal VPNs allowed

✅ Additional certifications preferred:

• Certified System Administrator
• Certified Application Developer
• CIS – Human Resources / Customer Service Management / ITSM / Discovery / Service Mapping / Strategic Portfolio Management / Application Portfolio Management / Software Asset Management / Hardware Asset Management

Preferred:

• Experience writing ServiceNow delivery proposals, conducting oral presentations, delivering ServiceNow solutions demonstrations, and engaging with prospect and client leadership.
• Vast experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies.
• Excellence in designing and leading complex solutions and integrations.
• Excellent understanding of system architecture and design principles.
• Excellent technical leadership skills and a hunger to take on additional responsibilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly.
• Experience with the US Federal Government.
