What are we looking for?

 

  • At least 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow support requests and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Test Management Modules.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages, such as JavaScript.
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira and Slack.

 

Nice-to-have

 

  • Experience with creating automated test scripts in ServiceNow’s ATF.
  • Familiarity with improving testing processes and implementing UAT best practices.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and independently.
