Breaking into Tech with Service Now

Hi!

 

I am a recent graduate with about 1.5 years of experiance in project management in the pharmaceutical industry. I really would like to break into tech, specifically Service Now. I see many opportunities in the space and love what the platform offers. I'm currently doing the associate technical project management course and wanted to ask the community how I can break into the service now role as I am not sure that just the learning path will suffice. I also have my scrum certificate if that helps.

I will say , if you can learn the scripting / coding that will open more doors for you. As you said you already had PM experience so you can pick either TPM journey or BA journey on Now learning. 

 

But before that do the basis/admin of ServiceNow.
