Hey all,
I am looking for a co-founding CTO to launch a new company. I have 15 years of experience in recruitment, both in-house and as an external headhunter.
The recruitment function is undervalued, and I am deeply passionate about elevating the capabilities of internal recruitment teams in order for them to gain respect and the value the function deserves. Using a 'no-code' platform (don't judge me), I have built an MVP version of a product that I am confident will revolutionize the way recruiters operate.
It will enable internal recruitment teams to be leaner, more efficient, and significantly more accurate.
I have a number of large organizations ready for POCs and investors interested in seeding the company. I need a technical co-founder to ensure the product is fit for the POC's and then to ultimately help me scale this thing.
I feel the opportunity is to build within the ServiceNow ecosystem as it is underserved from a recruitment perspective, and I know how to fill the gap.
If you are a full-stack ServiceNow developer and are keen to build ServiceNow's next acquisition, hit me up.
LFG!!!!!
Craig

What is so revolutionary about your product? Because the recruitment function isn't undervalued, recruiters are just giving themselves the worst reputation by not providing information that is needed, making assumptions that aren't based on anything, try to bluff their way through things they don't know, refuse to learn from the feedback they are given and have the worst attitude when you ask them questions after they call you (without even asking if you have time for that call).

It’s the undervaluing of the function that leads to the exact type of behaviours you have highlighted. We solve them all.
now are you genuinely interested in hearing more or was this just a chance to vent your frustration at recruiters?

Both. It is good to hear that you found a way to make this all better, but I really doubt a generic way of working will work in the recruitment field. They are always looking for a way to do better than others. Get better candidates for their clients and the best employers for the candidates they represent. This all while balancing the needs of both parties AND of themselves.
Any positive change to this field where the majority is doing their absolute best to ruin the reputation of those few that really are good at what they do, is very welcome.
