Lead level ITOM TC who is expert with Discovery, CMDD, Service Mapping and AIOPs.

This requires an experienced ITOM/AIOps consultant capable of configuring ServiceNow operational intelligence capabilities rather than a general platform resource

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Phase 1 AIOps use cases.

• Configure and optimize:

    • Event Management

    • Metric Intelligence

    • Health Log Analytics

    • Event correlation

    • Impact analysis

.    CMDB

.     Service Mapping

• Configure anomaly detection for:

    • CPU utilization

    • Memory utilization

    • Disk utilization

• Support root cause analysis workflows.

• Validate monitoring integrations and event sources.

• Configure service dependency and impact visibility.

• Support event-noise reduction initiatives.

• Participate in testing, validation, and outcome demonstrations.
