Need Guidance to Start Career in ServiceNow (CSA Certified)

Hi Everyone,

I’m currently preparing for the ServiceNow CSA certification and have access to a personal developer instance for practice.

I come from a background in SQL, LIMS, and Business Analysis (No coding experience) and I’m planning to transition into ServiceNow ITSM roles within the next 3-4 months.

I would really appreciate guidance on the following:

  • What is the best way to gain real-time project experience in ServiceNow?
  • Which entry-level roles should I target (Admin, Consultant, Analyst)?
  • Any suggestions for hands-on projects that can strengthen my profile?
  • How to effectively prepare for interviews after CSA certification?

I’m actively learning and willing to put in the effort, but would value advice from experienced professionals on the right direction.

Thanks in advance!
