Hello everyone!
I’m excited to share that I’ve started my journey with the RiseUp online courses and am eager to learn more about ServiceNow. As a communications expert with experience in strategic messaging and content creation, I’m looking for recommendations on the best courses to help deepen my understanding of ServiceNow’s capabilities. My goal is to eventually work at ServiceNow in a strategic communications role.
Are there any specific courses or learning paths you’d recommend for someone in my field? I’d love to hear your suggestions!

I moved into the ServiceNow space after about 20 years doing B2B tech comms/marketing and journalism. For the past 5 years I've been focused on offering marketing services to ServiceNow partner companies. I've also taken a deep dive into the technical side of the platform, picking up 4 mainline certifications along the way.
How do you deepen your understanding of ServiceNow’s capabilities? That's what RiseUp and Now Learning are there for. There are well established paths to attaining that knowledge through RiseUp, so you just need to follow those.
What should you do if your goal is to work for ServiceNow in a strategic comms role? Learning about the platform through RiseUp is certainly a good place to start. If you present at a ServiceNow job interview with a good understanding of the company's technology, you'll obviously have an edge over applicants who go in blind.
But there is no particular learning path that's focused on doing strategic comms for ServiceNow. The courses are about the technology, not marketing.
