Hello Community,

I am Satya, a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) with 3 years of professional experience.
- 2 years at Accenture as a ServiceNow System Administrator
- 1 year at Johnson & Johnson as a ServiceNow System Administrator

During this time, I administered and optimized core ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
I also worked on creating workflows, business rules, client scripts, and dashboards to improve process efficiency and platform stability.

I am currently seeking ServiceNow Administrator or Developer opportunities in the US (OPT/STEM-OPT eligible).
