Hi,  What are the skills to develop/refine/enhance, for a Senior PM, and what does the job description for a Senior PM look like in the near future?

In this case, ServiceNow provides a journey called TPM (Technical Project Manager), who can help you move things forward and provide the technical guidance you need.
