I have 1 year of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, client-facing delivery, pre-sales demonstrations, managed services, and integrations.

• CSM & FSM – Case Types, Dynamic Scheduling, Schedule Optimization, Territory Planning, Capacity & Reservations, and Agent Mobile
• Development – JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer
• Integrations – REST APIs, ServiceNow eBonding, Transform Maps, Staging Tables, and Salesforce integration
• AI – Now Assist, Now Assist Skill Kit, Virtual Agent, and AI Agent Studio
• Product Suites – SOM, CPQ, Logic CPQ, and MCO

I am also a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
