Six early-career ServiceNow profiles seeking supervised project opportunities - Southeast Europe

Hello ServiceNow Community,

We are a group of six early-career ServiceNow profiles based in Southeast Europe. We are looking for entry-level roles or supervised contract opportunities where we can contribute to a real project under the guidance of an experienced ServiceNow team.

Our team is developing skills in business process analysis, administration, implementation support, testing, project coordination, and development. We have completed ServiceNow University learning paths and gained hands-on practice through labs and an internal simulated project.

We do not yet have client implementation experience as a team. We are therefore looking for a clearly scoped opportunity suited to junior profiles, with appropriate guidance and review. We are open to remote work and contract or employment opportunities. Depending on the need, members could be considered individually or as a small group.

• Founder-led involvement and strong business, operations, and process experience
• A cost-effective delivery model that can adapt to a partner’s ways of working
• The ability to start with a small work package and, if there is a good fit, grow into a dedicated capability pod shaped around the partner’s needs.

We are looking for a long-term collaboration, starting with a well-defined project contribution.
