This is super interesting and it makes me want to connect it to some of the other reports that I have seen and been a part of in my many years in nonprofit. The #1 issue that nonprofits deal is often staff turnover and therefore the struggle that creates in hiring, onboarding and retaining staff. It is exciting to think about applying a platform that started as an employee first platform supporting them in being more successful and streamlining the tasks that are complicated but don't need to be. Excited to hear what others think!
