Instance Troubleshooter v3.0 is here!

Today we launched v3.0 of the Instance Troubleshooter that offers a greater range of functionality for our customers. Found in the ServiceNow Store, this free application is designed to help customers troubleshoot and resolve issues faster – all without the need to contact support. The application can detect issues in our customer’s instance across several product categories while providing crisp and clear recommendations for each issue detected.

How it works:

The application offers a simple user interface to start the troubleshooting process across various categories. Each product category checks for a set of issues on your instance and a results summary is shown within a few minutes on the screen. Customers can take action to implement the fixes and verify for the issue resolution. If the issue still isn’t resolved, customers can create a case to ServiceNow Support.
