Nakka Bhavani S

Hi All,

I am created few NowAssist skills, Flow action and subflows. Now I want to add these to my MCP server as tools.

When I try to add them to MCP Server, it is only showing Out of the Box  NowAssist skills, Flow action and subflows but not custom created ones.

Did anyone tried this? Appreaciate your help on this.

Hi @Nakka Bhavani S , Have you installed the required plugins which is -

1. sn_mcp_server -

2. sn_itsm_mcp_server.

Note - These plugins are not available for PDI, try on lab instance.

If you have the available plugin you can see the OOTB MCP tools and will be able to create your own as well.

Let me know if anything is missing.

If this response helps you mark it as accepted solution and give it a thumbs up 👍. This help me and community to find answers quickly.

Hi @svirkar420 ,

I have installed everything and I am doing it in customer dev instance..

I am able to see OOB tools but not custom tools

Hi @Nakka Bhavani S , You have to create the tools first if you want to make your own tool and then under that tool's configuration you can add the "Server Name" for that tool then only it will be available in the server tools.

Here is a screenshot -

Here the tool name is test and server is default server which I have made and not OOB.

Let me know if there is anything I can help with.
