Hello SNUG Leaders!

Our leadership team has made the decision to take Knowledge 2020 to a digital experience. This decision wasn’t made lightly and comes after weeks of closely monitoring the evolving COVID-19 pandemic, but ultimately, the health and safety of our Knowledge 2020 attendees, employees, partners, and community comes first. We have sent out communications already to people who have registered, but in case you did not get it I wanted to keep you in the loop.

For further questions please access https://knowledge.servicenow.com/faq.html.

For those of you who have signed up for the SNUG Leader Volunteer program, I will be sending a separate email, however, my current thought is to grandfather all volunteers to 2021 Knowledge. Again, more to come on that.

I am not sure when our cadence of SNUG meetings will continue, but in the meantime we are working on options to provide virtual SNUGs. If you have ideas you would like to share please contact me at tracy.obrien@servicenow.com.

Kind Regards,
