Hello SNUG Leaders!
We have been working on creating a new champion program that we are hoping to launch at K19. The role-based rewards & recognition program is focused on individual user learning, growth & success.
I am hoping you might be able to help us by participating in a brief survey and/or participating in an interview with a member of the Customer Success team.
The feedback from this survey and individual interviews will be used to ensure we are making user-centric decisions related to the creative concept and vision for this program.
