Hello and Happy Holidays SNUG Leaders!

Some of you have contacted me about having a SNUG Leader Volunteer Program this year at Knowledge 2020!  GREAT NEWS!!   Not only do we have one, but I have the coupons ready and an expanded list of volunteer options this year!

This offer is exclusive and available ONLY to SNUG Leaders in role as of 10.1.2019- it can’t be transferred.

SNUG Leader Volunteer Program

In exchange for a FREE full conference registration to Knowledge 2020, we ask that participants in the program volunteer 4 hours of time to work on one or several of the following:

ONSITE OPPORTUNITIES

• Host a SNUG Meet-Up - Plan, invite attendees, manage, and execute an informal meet-up for your SNUG members at Knowledge 2020. Volunteer value = 2 Hours

• Serve as a moderator for a breakout session - Arrive at the session at least 20 minutes early, greet speaker(s) and ensure all are there, alert AV staff to any concerns or questions, introduce speaker(s), assist with Q&A during session if applicable. Volunteer value = 1-4 Hours (one hour for each session)

• Now Creators Offering- BONUS - Now Creators who have achieved Super Badge status and who are willing to participate in a 30 minute, on-site Now Creator feedback session with a member of the Customer Success team.  BONUS: Fulfilling this single volunteer activity will grant you a single complementary registration to Knowledge 2020.

PRE-EVENT OPPORTUNITIES

• Participate in a Knowledge 2020 podcast - Be interviewed by a member of the ServiceNow Strategic Events team about the value you personally find in attending Knowledge. Volunteer value = 2 Hours

• Develop and share a Recommended Agenda - Use the Agenda Builder to curate an onsite agenda based on your own interests, solutions used, and professional circumstances (level, industry, etc.). This agenda will be shared as a sample agenda for others like you to help bring their own experience to life. These will be posted on Knowledge Community pages Volunteer value = 2 Hours

• Write a pre-event ServiceNow Knowledge Community blog post - Write a 250-500 word blog post about the upcoming event, and publish to the ServiceNow community platform, at least 4 weeks prior to the event. Content should highlight what you are personally most looking forward to at Knowledge. Engage with any people who comment or ask questions on the post. Volunteer value = 2 Hours

We are thrilled to offer the program again this year and hope you’ll consider participating. If you are interested, send me an email at tracy.obrien@servicenow.com to sign up and receive your code for the complimentary Knowledge 2020 registration passcode. Your registration will allow you access to the Expo and all breakout sessions, as well as CreatorCon sessions but does not include pre-conference training. We will have a tool available next week or the week after for you to sign-up for your volunteer activity(s).
