Hello South Florida User Group!
We are very excited to announce we are currently planning our next IN-PERSON SNUG!
Posting a call for speakers and topics for the next South Florida SNUG targeted to take place over the summer. There are a few open speaking slots available in the agenda with a presentation time of around 30-45 minutes.
In addition to speakers, if there is a specific topic you are interested in hearing about specifically let us know! As we work to build the agenda, we want to know what is important to you and your organization.

I'm based in Sarasota FL - and have worked on over 60 implementations. I cofounded the itSMF USA membership organization and although I work for an Elite Partner, would welcome the opportunity to share my experiences with the local members to help grow membership.
Hot topics could be CSDM, DPM, how best to use ideation, demand and problem management to provide an IT organization with escape velocity out of react mode.
