Join the CommunityHello SNUG Members!
I am excited to invite you to register for Knowledge 2026!
If you have not done so already, register to attend the event to access Agenda Builder on Tuesday, April 7th.
If attending, please visit me at the Expo in the community area. The SNUG area is called The Knowledge Playground and is the heartbeat of the SNUG community at Knowledge 2026.
This dedicated space is where ServiceNow User Group members come together to connect, learn, and energize each other — face to face.
NEW this year are the SNUG pins replacing the badge ribbons! Come by to collect this keepsake that you can wear each year at Knowledge.
Whether you lead a chapter, present at local events, or are just getting started with a SNUG, the Knowledge Playground is your place at the Expo. Meet chapter leaders and steering committee members, explore resources to help grow your user group, and join drop-in conversations on topics that matter to your community.
With open seating, scheduled meet-and-greets, and community programming throughout the three days, the Knowledge Playground is more than a space — it's a reunion. Come for the connections. Leave with the inspiration to bring something great back home.
I hope to see you there!

Already registered....
Have favorites marked.
Just waiting for Agenda builder to open and hopefully I can get the sessions/hands on labs I marked...
Excited to get a Pin this year, so definitely will stop by like I do every year....
Have lost track of how many of these I have attended - the earliest badge I have on my profile is for Knowledge 18, but I have a backpack that states Knowledge'16 which is the 1st one I attended. Been going every year since then, except, of course, for the "Covid" year...
I remember the first one in Vegas was at Mandalay Bay. And then there was the "Orlando experiment", and my first time at Venetian. All I can say is that as the venues have changed, so has the level of attendance increased...
Just a phenomenal conference, that I look forward to every year, as I always learn new stuff, somehow find fellow developers in that massive crowd to say "hi" to and just overall an awesome educational experience. Plus the after party is always a hit (BSB fan always.....).
I always stop by the SNUG booth and say hi! to you Tracy, so be assured I will do so again this year.
