Copy a Service Now Incident?

This is my first post on here so be nice... 🙂
Just wondering if there's a way to copy a Service Now ticket? For example: You have multiple incidents that are the same issue and you just want to be able to copy the incident and change the "Caller".

Hi,
I was also having similar requirement for one of my client. To fulfill the requirement we followed below approach :
Create template of similar issues and make it available Global. So that anyone make use of template.
In addition to above approach, you can create UI Action to copy Incident ticket with required information.
