The Southern Alberta ServiceNow User Group (SNUG) is back in Calgary on Sept 18 in partnership with Ateko — and it’s the perfect chance to connect with other local customers, share ideas, and learn what’s working.

We're also hosting a pre-SNUG workshop: AI Agent Administration: Configure, Test, and Optimize AI Agents — a chance to learn how to configure AI Agents using the new Admin Console and use AI Agent Studio to test, duplicate, and build agents.
