Aubay una multinacional de servicios digitales (DSC) buscan incorporar un perfil de Administrador/Programador ServiceNow con ingles Alto para trabajar con un importante cliente del sector banca ubicado en Madrid. 

Se ofrece
• Posición estable (Contrato Indefinido)

Essential Qualifications / Experience and Technical Skills
• Bachelor degree or equivalent working experience in computer-related field or equivalent work experience
• 3 - 5 years of experience configuring and Administering ServiceNow (latest platform version (DEV, TEST, PROD)
• Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, Single Sign-On technologies, SQL relational databases
• Working knowledge of LDAP, MS Active Directory, ADFS, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular and good web design practices
• Knowledge of ITSM ServiceNow best practices, including ITIL V3
• Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production
Strong problem solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.

The objectives of ServiceNow Administrator should be defined in measurable terms and should underpin the CIB IT Production goals and support the strategy of the Metier.

His/Her main objectives are:
• Configure ServiceNow following ITIL best practices
• Control and release the enhancements provided by projects
• Administration of various processes : Incident, Problem, Service Request, Change, Application Portfolio Management, Knowledge, Service Portal, CMDB and Asset Management (Service Management Suite end-to-end)
• Training, Mentoring and Coaching user community on the Use of ServiceNow
• Manage problems, incidents and changes related to the platform
