YOUR TASKS

As a ServiceNow developer / consultant you will support our client customers in the technical conception and practical implementation of ServiceNow solution. In this role you will support and optimize the IT service portfolio and the IT service catalogue and implement the established IT service portfolio management processes. You will design business processes in the ServiceNow area and advise Process Owners regarding “best practice” standards. The identification of proposed solutions to increase process efficiency and the continuous coordination with stakeholders, as well as the collaboration in customer workshops as a ServiceNow expert to find the best technological solution for the respective requirements completes this exciting role.

YOUR PROFILE

For this position you should have at least a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or computer science. Certifications as ServiceNow System Administrator or ServiceNow Implementation Specialist are of advantage but not a MUST criterion. First experience with ServiceNow and projects in ITSM, process modelling ITIL and a good understanding of software development is mandatory. A structured and solution-oriented approach with experiences in web technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, API's, Web Services (REST/SOAP) are requested. Previous ServiceNow experience including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing processes as well as testing and post- implementation activities are very appreciated. Experience with system/network configuration or administration and project management are very welcome. Strong communication skills in Spanish or English, both oral and written, will be necessary for this role.
