Issue: All the cards are not loading in Sprint tracking on Agile board for an Assignment group, only a few cards are loading or filter conditions are not considered completely in the sprint tracking.

 

Resolution:

This issue could be because of some corruption or failure of the existing visual task board.

  1. We can go to the table "vtb_board" and delete the record for that affected assignment group.
  2. This should not affect anything in the board, as it will not touch the associated data on the vtb board.
  3. After deletion when we revisit to the sprint tracking for that assignment group, vtb_board will be recreated and it should fix the issue.
