A. No, they are legacy charts build on top of metrics table. These are deprecated in Orlando release and users are encouraged to start using Performance Analytics Content Pack for Agile 2.0 application from the ServiceNow Store.

A. In fact 'Performance Analytics content pack for Agile 2.0" provides much enhanced visualizations for agile artifacts like Release Burndown, Release BurnUp chart, Team velocity chart etc.
