Greetings Community Members!
In recent past I have noticed that customers are facing issue in installing the 'Alignment Planner Workspace' because 'Goal Framework' installation is blocked, refer below screenshot:
The most likely reason is that the 'Goal Framework' application is not opted-in from ServiceNow store. To confirm whether this is the reason, check if the 'Goal Framework' application is marked as "not subscribed".
If this is the case, I would like to confirm that message "Not Subscribed" is shown when the product is not opted-in from the ServiceNow Store.
To resolve the issue, take the following two steps:
1. Opt-in the 'Goal Framework' application from ServiceNow store - Refer this KB article for details
2. After procuring the 'Goal Framework' from ServiceNow store, proceed the installation of 'Alignment Planner Workspace' application.
