Detailed Solution:
1. Create 2 Resource Plan forms extending the "baseline_core" form in a Global scope.
The new custom baseline forms would be:
a. Resource Plan Baseline
b. Requested Allocation Baseline
2. Creation of fields on the Baseline forms:
a.Create all the required fields/sections as in resource_plan on the new table "Resource Plan Baseline".
b.Create all the required fields/sections as in resource_plan on the new table "Resource Plan Baseline".
Note: Refer any of the existing Baseline Extended table for guidance.
3. Configure the two new baseline in the "Baseline Configuration" form (baseline_config):
a. Add Resource Plan Baseline configuration with parent baseline as Project Baseline.
b. Add Requested Allocation baseline with parent as Resource Plan Baseline.
Note: Refer the existing Baseline Extended table configuration and mapping for guidance. The requested
allocation needs to be displayed on the resource plan baseline.
E.g.
Cost Plan Financial Baseline
Cost Plan Breakdown financial baseline
4. Add the related list on the "pm_project_baseline".
Add both the Resource Plan and Requested Allocation on the Project Baseline form.
That's it. You can now capture resource baselines.

This is fantastic!! Would this build still be applicable in Tokyo? And is there any additional licensing needed for this type of build?
