Issue
From Yokohama onwards, Platform analytics has made it mandatory to share a dashboard with the workspace in order to view it in the workspace.
Resolution steps:
1. Navigate to Platform Analytics -> Dashboards.
2. Select the custom dashboard you have created.
3. Click on i icon button besides refresh button on dashboard header top right pane.
4. In "Dashboard visibility" section, add your workspace where this dashboard is being used. By default, only "Platform Analytics" workspace is selected.

Hello together,
thank you for explaining Anupam.
This Behavior caused some disturbance for one of my clients:
"User A" copied a dashboard in the Service Operations Workspace and shared it with "User B".
"User B" opened the dashboard.
"User A" decided to no longer allow the dashboard to be viewed in the Service Operations Workspace.
"User B" now always gets redirected to the most recently visited dashboard, gets an error message because he can no longer see it, and can not open the dashboard library from the SOW.
For some 50 Users, dashboards were no longer reachable.
Is there any best-practice to avoid such behavior?
Kind regards,
Sebastian
