How to Add the Demand Workbench, Investment Portal or Resource Management Reports to a Dashboard

It can be frustrating navigating between the Demand Workbench, Investment Portal, and/or Resource Management Reports. One solution is to display all three in a dashboard. The purpose of this article is to show you how to add those items to a dashboard. I will use the Demand Workbench in this example, but the same steps apply to the Investment Portal and Resource Management Reports. 

How to add the Demand Workbench to a Dashboard tab:

1. Grab the URL for the Demand Workbench by clicking the pencil in the navigation item > Link Type tab > Arguments. Note: If you do not see the pencil, ask your admin for the URL.

2. On your dashboard tab, add an Iframe widget. Widget Category = Content Blocks > *New IFrame

3. Click Click here to configure this reusable IFrame block

4. Complete the IFrame form by inserting the URL you captured in step 1, click Submit



5. The Demand Workbench will display on your dashboard

Hi Folks,

This is an excellent article. However, I cannot get the Investment Portal to display on a tab using this method. I keep receiving an error: "The Board is Either Deleted or Not Accessible To You".

This is for a portal that I assembled, and saved, yet I am receiving this message.

Any ideas?
