Key resources
- Take a good read of the CIS PPM exam spec (link) for more information
- I referred couple of youtube videos :
- Also I referred the now learning course : PPM Implementation
- I used the flash card for practice
- Last but not the least -"ServiceNow Docs"
What surprised me
Nothing much!!
I completed the exam in ~ 30 minutes and found time too much .
However there were around 5-6 questions on which I had some doubts ,rest I already have idea by going through above study material
What to focus on
- Do focus on Resource management and Timecard tracking as it covers lot of questions
- Have good understanding of what comprises project, portfolio and program
- Do go through Workspaces, dashboards, user interfaces, e.g. Demand workbench, timeline visualization, investment portal, resource workbench, planning console, PMO Dashboard
- Have Understanding of Financials in projects and demands
Good luck!

This looks similar to the Certification Blue Print that ServiceNow provides. It seems like a lot of Sonia that are developers really like your post 😉
