Hi Fellow Members,
I am getting so many queries to remove the extension request from a resource plan which is already requested for extension.
I have created a video to explain the steps & here is the recording link.
Hope you find this useful & if so, feel free to mark this as correct / helpful.
Thank You!!

Thanks for sharing this, Namita - it's a very clear video.
I think it's a shame that the Resource Manager can't do this themselves without asking the Project Manager to make the updates. If I was the project manager, and I'd made that update more than a few hours ago I know I'd struggle to see what the old values used to be.
Is there any discussion at SN about introducing a 'Reject' UI Action for Resource Managers when the Extension Request is pending? A UI Action should easily be able to revert the values back to the original values (presuming those values are still held somewhere...)

Hi @phil bool ,
I agree that reject resource plan extension will be a better option in this scenario.
However, to the point - I'd made that update more than a few hours ago I know I'd struggle to see what the old values used to be. - In this case, PM don't have to remember the value because system would provide the exact value (original end date of resource plan) from resource plan log present in the same project.
Screenshot below:
Hope this information would make the experience little better.
Thank You!!

I'd like to see this too. Or is there a document someone can send me with these steps?
