Introducing Project Q&A with 'Ask Now Assist'

 

Now available in ServiceNow Project Workspace as part of June 2026 release. Ask questions about your project in natural language and get instant, data-driven answers. No more searching through tabs, reports, or dashboards.

How It Works

  1. Navigate to Project Workspace.

  2. Select and open any project.

  3. Click the "Ask Now Assist" button in the side panel.

  4. Now Assist panel opens with Project Assistant chat.

  5. Type your question in natural language.

  6. Review the answer based on live project data.

  7. Ask follow-up questions as needed.

Pro Tip: Be specific in your questions for more targeted answers. Instead of "How's the project?", ask "What high-priority tasks are delayed?" or "Which resources are overallocated this week?"
