The resources for the 2022 Q1 SPM EAP Customer Round Table are now available below.
During our Q1 2022 Customer Round Tables...Alice Saiki (Director of Portfolio Management) and Rani Pangam (Senior Director, Head of Strategy Realization Office) of ServiceNow IT presented an update on ServiceNow’s internal agile transformation as we continue to mature towards enterprise agility. Specifically, we discussed how we are leveraging Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Alignment Planner Workspace (APW) in one of our largest strategic programs to accelerate outcome delivery…within IT and extending into other business units. We also presented a demo to show how APW is used for strategic portfolio management to provide tremendous insights on how our product roadmaps align to key strategies and outcomes. This was followed by an ITBM roadmap discussion and demo led by our business unit leader, Yoav Boaz.
