Hey @Scott Wallace1 , thanks for these.  Can you say a bit more about what functionality 'Goal-driven Portfolio' management delivers? 

I notice that even in Utah, Goal relationship records have a 'Project' and 'Demand' field, but no 'Portfolio' field.  Does this affect functionality? 

I also notice that the goals on projects/demands within a portfolio don't seem to roll up to the portfolio record.  Is this the expected outcome?
