Dear Community,
Often I see SPM customers asking the SPM KPIs that can be used to define the success - some term it as SPM success KPIs.
As a best practice, this exercise need to be done in the initiation phase of SPM implementation. This means capture the baseline in the current environment. At a later stage after SPM usage is there, the same KPIs (there can be additional metrics as well) need to be re-measured and compared to showcase the improvement in different areas.
Today I am sharing the list which is common in various customer-base. I am looking forward to community to share your list to make this better for our fellow members.
