Add custom button in CWM Workspace

Hi All,

I am trying to add a custom button next to cancel and update in CWM Task. When a task is clicked in CWM workspace the below view opens.  I tried adding new actions, declarative actions(Form) but nothing worked. How to add a new button for below view?
