There is an OOB advanced view in projects. Where exactly this view will be used?

the Advanced view is not particularly associated with Projects [pm_project] only, but it us available in more tables (precise amount depends on how many plugins/modules you have in use) due to inheritance.

Its purpose is the same as for any other view, it can give you alternative form layout for different audience (e.g. agents want to see different details than managers etc.), making the form as easy to read as possible. Another example of view is native UI or workspace or mobile layout...
