I have a new requirement that I would like to assess for technical feasibility.
The objective is to leverage Copilot through natural language prompts to automatically create a Demand Request in ServiceNow SPM. Once the demand is created, the system should automatically generate a corresponding Jira ticket through the existing integration.
Additionally, users should be able to interact with Copilot using prompts to update the Jira ticket (for example, modify fields, update status, add comments, or assign resources). These updates should then be synchronized back to the associated Demand Request in ServiceNow, ensuring that the demand record and its status remain aligned with the Jira ticket.
Could you please confirm whether this end-to-end process is technically feasible and provide guidance on the architecture, integration approach, and any limitations or prerequisites that should be considered?
