Auto populating Related Lists from Demand templates?

Is it possible to create a Demand template that auto populates some of the Related lists associated (e.g. Cost Plans, Demand Tasks, etc)?  I have a team that has a series of predefined Cost Plans that they use for every demand.  Outside of scripting their creation, wondering if the users could apply a template that would populate this data?  Perhaps an opportunity for Playbooks?

I don't think there's anything OOB for this, although it's been a while since I worked with the Demand module. But there are all kinds of things you can implement for this yourself. Playbooks could be use, but also a simple flow that just creates the records needed. Scripts will also work but whatever way you go, it won't be some OOB feature you can just activate.
