Change default selection layout on planning page to Grid

Is there any way to stop enforcing the default to All the Planning page layout?

Our users want to retain the choice they've made for their user sessions across projects, or if that's not an option change the default to Grid instead of All

Could there be something overriding the use of the user preference "sn_pw_planning_layout" in general?

PLEASE NOTE :-If you make this change from your own profile, it might still not work for you.
Try validating this system-level user preference with some other users instead.

@Laveena-Agarwal I created both a system-level and an individual user level user preference, it doesn't seem to be doing much. Even impersonated a user thats in the workspace regularly, no change.
Could there be something that needs to specifically disabled thats overriding it?
