Has anyone seen or prepared a detailed comparison of the project planning/scheduling capabilities of ServiceNow Project Management (via Next Experience Project Workspace) vs. Microsoft Project? If so, please could you share it. Thanks!

This gets asked a lot because ServiceNow has never published an official head-to-head, what floats around is community-built, like Rajesh Singh's "Comparing ServiceNow PPM with Microsoft Project Professional" post on this board, which is more of a presales one-pager than a real feature matrix. Technically, Project Workspace's Planning tab gives you WBS, Gantt, milestones, and dependencies (cross-project too), with critical path tracking built in for Waterfall plans, but there's no automated resource-leveling engine like MS Project's. MS Project is still sharper for complex single-plan scheduling; ServiceNow's edge is tying that plan to portfolio, demand, and resource capacity natively. You can also import a legacy .mpp file (2003 to 2016 format) via Project > Administration > Import Project instead of rebuilding from scratch.
