Collaborative Work Management
As we are transitioning from Agile Development 2.0 to Collaborative Work Management, I am trying to understand how we can work with the new solution on a daily basis.
Unfortunately, one significant functionality appears to be missing: I am unable to filter stories in the Kanban view by “Assigned to,” as was possible in VTB.
This makes it more difficult to collect status updates during stand-up meetings.
Do you know whether it is possible to enable this functionality?

Because VTB and CWM are 2 different products for different purposes. It could be that you would like it to be there - but its not. If you think it's a good idea to have it, then you should submit your idea here: https://support.servicenow.com/ideas
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.

Thank you for your response.
However, I understand that these are two different products intended for different purposes.
My question was primarily aimed at determining whether it is possible to enable this functionality and whether I may have overlooked such an option, or if there is any alternative way to filter stories by “assigned to” during stand up meetings.
This is a significantly important core feature, as it enables the efficient collection of status updates during daily meetings. While I am aware that stories can be sorted by specific columns and horizontal lines, this approach does not provide a good user experience for stan up meetings.

Hi Joanna,
This is possible to do in CWM. You just need to click on the gear icon and change the vertical lane to "Assigned To." Then make sure that you "Save View" to make that the default setting on the Kanban board.
Hope that helps!

Hello @Irene5,
Thank you for your response.
I have discovered this functionality, however, I find it rather inconvenient and not very intuitive for daily use. I have provided more detailed feedback in the main post:
Best regards,
Joanna
