Demand Management Assessment

Demand Management, when an assessment gets triggered, everyone in the stakeholder list gets the same set of questions.

Requirement is :

  Security team → only sees security-related Qs

  Data team → only gets data management Qs

Basically, instead of blasting the same assessment to all, can we configure multiple assessment models and route them only to the right group? Or is it always one-size-fits-all?

Any hacks/best practices from folks who’ve done this?

Unfortunately, ServiceNow does not support routing different assessment questions to different stakeholder groups by default. ServiceNow says there is no OOB way to send two different assessments within one Demand.....OOB allows only a single hardcoded assessment for each demand. Custom implementations are necessary to go beyond this.....
