I am learning Demand Management and I am not able to locate Demand Management in new ServiceNow.

Hi @SaiKashyapS ,

 

In ServiceNow, Demand Management is part of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM, formerly ITBM). To enable it, you need to activate the PPM Standard plugin (), which installs the core Demand, Project, and Financial Management modules.

How to Install the Plugin 

 

• Navigate to System Definition

Plugins in your ServiceNow instance. 

• Search for PPM Standard or Demand Management. 

• Click Install or Activate.
