I find the planning calendars section of EAP to be extremely confusing. I can't wrap my head around how the hierarchy works. From what I can tell I have to"
- Create a planning interval calendar
- Create a sprint calendar
- Load sprints into the PI Calendar
I'm confused on a couple of parts. We are running three weeks sprints in a full SAFe Config. When I create a PI, why can I not just create sprints inside of it?
Also, when I create a second PI it doesn't seem to fall in the hierarchy where it should.
I'm building a mockup in my PDI.
My question is, does anyone have any documentation or videos that show how to build a PI calendar and Sprint Calendar from scratch with proper hierarchy?
