HI @sharukh ,

Hope you are doing great.

Elevate pitch refers to a concise and compelling summary of an initiative or project. It aims to provide a high-level overview, outlining the value proposition, strategic goals, and expected outcomes of the initiative.

The Initiative card in ServiceNow represents a visual representation of an initiative, displaying essential details and metrics related to the initiative.

steps for adding the Elevate pitch and Initiative card to the SPM form:

  1.  Open the ServiceNow instance and navigate to the Form Designer.
  2. Identify the SPM form where you want to add the Elevate pitch and Initiative card. Select the form and open it for editing.
  3. Within the Form Designer, locate the desired section or area where you want to include the Elevate pitch and Initiative card.
  4. Add a new container or container-like element to the chosen section. This container will hold the Elevate pitch and Initiative card.
  5. Customize the container properties, such as layout, alignment, and style, according to your preferences and the form's design.
  6. Inside the created container, add a text field or rich-text editor to capture the Elevate pitch. This field should allow users to enter a concise summary of the initiative.
  7. Configure the field properties, such as label, validation, and visibility, based on your requirements.
  8. Next, add a card or card-like element within the container to display the Initiative card.
  9. Configure the card properties, such as title, description, and layout, to match the information you want to showcase for the initiative.
  10. Customize the Initiative card fields, including the initiative's name, description, status, priority, duration, and assigned resources
  11. Adjust the card's style, such as color, font, and icon, to align with your organization's branding or design guidelines.
  12. Save and publish the updated SPM form.
