HI @sharukh ,
Hope you are doing great.
Elevate pitch refers to a concise and compelling summary of an initiative or project. It aims to provide a high-level overview, outlining the value proposition, strategic goals, and expected outcomes of the initiative.
The Initiative card in ServiceNow represents a visual representation of an initiative, displaying essential details and metrics related to the initiative.
steps for adding the Elevate pitch and Initiative card to the SPM form:
- Open the ServiceNow instance and navigate to the Form Designer.
- Identify the SPM form where you want to add the Elevate pitch and Initiative card. Select the form and open it for editing.
- Within the Form Designer, locate the desired section or area where you want to include the Elevate pitch and Initiative card.
- Add a new container or container-like element to the chosen section. This container will hold the Elevate pitch and Initiative card.
- Customize the container properties, such as layout, alignment, and style, according to your preferences and the form's design.
- Inside the created container, add a text field or rich-text editor to capture the Elevate pitch. This field should allow users to enter a concise summary of the initiative.
- Configure the field properties, such as label, validation, and visibility, based on your requirements.
- Next, add a card or card-like element within the container to display the Initiative card.
- Configure the card properties, such as title, description, and layout, to match the information you want to showcase for the initiative.
- Customize the Initiative card fields, including the initiative's name, description, status, priority, duration, and assigned resources
- Adjust the card's style, such as color, font, and icon, to align with your organization's branding or design guidelines.
- Save and publish the updated SPM form.
