Goals Dashboard in Strategic Planning Workspace

Wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to edit this dashboard that is *not* UI builder?

Steps:
1) Go to strategic planning workspace
2) Create a portfolio or open one that already exists
3) Open the Goals menu
4) View the dashboard tab

There is no "Edit" button like we see in Resource Management Workspace, and the dashboard itself doesn't exist in Platform Analytics like the one in Project Workspace.

Trying to avoid UI builder for some required dashboard edits but seems I may not have a choice.

These are build in UI builder, so avoiding UI builder won't be possible. However, depending on what it is that you want to change, maybe these are predefined widgets you can update (sn_app_widget).

Sadly they are not defined in sn_app_widget. UI builder it is!
