granular delegation for Change request approvals

I have followed the below procedure still unable to see the request for approval.

 

1. Added the sysapproval_group table to the list.

2. Created a Delegation rule.

3. Added to the category.

4. Created the delegation record and added to the Delegation rule.

 

I can see the approval email is going to Delegated user but he is unable to see the approvals under 'My Approvals' or in portals. 

 

If anyone has implemented this, please let me know.

@R_52 Can you please check if the following options are checked while delegating to other user?

Hi @R_52 ,

You should also be getting the delegated list via All-> Granular Delegation -> Delegated to me. Can you please check if the list is available under "Delegated to me"?
