How to add a new column in "Unassigned Tasks" section in Resource Management Workspace?

Hi Community,
I am working on the Resource Management Workspace in ServiceNow and need some guidance on customizing the "Unassigned tasks" section.
Currently, the table displays columns like:
Task
Parent Item
Type
Owner
Task effort
Group
Role
Requirement:
I need to add a new column (custom field) to this "Unassigned tasks" list/grid view.
Questions:
Where are the columns for "Unassigned tasks" configured in Resource Management Workspace?
What is the correct way to add a custom column to this grid?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. Open a record from Resource Assignment table
2. Select your required view.
3. Right-click a column header, select Configure > List Layout
4. Add the desired field from the Available slushbucket to the Selected slushbucket.
5. Click Save
6. Refresh the Workspace
- Open the Resource Management Workspace.
- Open the Unassigned Tasks tray.
- Click the Column configuration icon (gear icon) on the right-hand sidebar of the tray.
- Select the new field in the configuration menu to make it visible

Navigate to sn_plng_att_core_resource_assignment.LIST
Configure list layout in "Resource unsassigned" view to add more columns
